We offer a 30-day return policy worldwide. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or partial refund where legally permitted).
Failure to notify us within a reasonable time may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement, except where prohibited by local consumer law.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.
7. European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds under the EU right of withdrawal will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, in accordance with EU consumer law.
