You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship internationally.
Customers are responsible for:

Any additional charges imposed by the destination country
These charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply.
If the order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately to request corrections.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Provide your order number and any relevant photos (if damaged).
We will investigate the matter with the carrier and offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, unless required by mandatory local law.
6. Risk of Loss
For consumers within the European Union, risk transfers upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
For customers outside the European Union, risk transfers upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by local mandatory law.
7. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is:

Not collected from a postal office

Returned due to incorrect address
The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and any reshipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided.
